The National Association of Esports Coaches and Directors (NAECAD) is excited to announce significant expansion to its events calendar. Four NAECAD Regional Clinics have been announced for the year, and this year’s National Convention will be hosted by Boise State University.
The NAECAD Regional Clinics offer professional development sessions for high school coaches, administrators, and newer college coaches. For experienced college coaches, the introduction of the student leadership workshop and recruiting expo offers a new way to get involved. High school coaches can now bring their students to learn about leadership and the recruiting process, while also getting to meet with college coaches. In the evenings, there will still be a social gathering for networking and conversation among high school and college coaches, directors, leaders, administrators, and industry professionals.
This year’s NAECAD Regional Clinics will take place in the following cities:
This year’s NAECAD National Convention will be held June 7-9 at Boise State University. Coaches and directors at the high school and collegiate level can network, celebrate their work, receive recognition through NAECAD Awards, and participate in professional development. The convention will feature speakers from across the esports industry, and will provide a platform to develop a collective vision for the future of esports.
"We are committed to serving the scholastic esports community, and this expansion of our clinics demonstrates just that," said Jay, Executive Director for NAECAD. "We hope you will take advantage of these opportunities to network, learn, and grow with us."
