The National Association of Esports Coaches and Directors (NAECAD) invites you to the 5th Annual NAECAD Coaches and Directors Clinic. This clinic will take place all day Friday, March 4, and the morning of Saturday, March 5, 2021, at Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.
This clinic is specifically for Directors, Coaches, Athletic Directors, and other vital esports roles currently involved with university and high school esports programs. The clinic will also provide valuable information for schools that are exploring the idea of starting a competitive varsity esports program. This two-day event will provide keynote sessions, panel discussions, and round table discussions presented by leading coaches, directors, and administrators from university and high school esports programs from across the country. This year, along with keynote sessions, there will be specific sessions for established esports programs at both the high school and university level, and specific sessions for institutions just beginning a competitive esports program, or looking to start an esports program both at the university and high school level.
Friday lunch is included as part of the conference and Friday evening there will be a dinner social event for clinic participants and sponsors with drinks and food. This will give you quality time to network, and learn from, individuals from established programs from around the country. There will also be a Call of Duty fundraiser event hosted by the Variety Club of Iowa on Friday night that all clinic participants can choose to participate in. There will also be amazing door prizes for those in attendance!
The clinic will also feature sponsor companies that provide products, resources, and services to help you start or enhance the esports program on your campus.
The clinic will begin at 9:00 a.m. (C.S.T.) on Friday, March 4 and end on Saturday, March 5, at noon. Check-in on Friday begins at 8:00 a.m. at the Grand View University Student Center.
